Nathan Brock is a Program Management professional with over 15 years of experience in the government and commercial arenas. He has significant program management experience on domestic and international EPC projects, with focus on claims management/dispute resolution.

Nathan is highly skilled in executing programs and analyzing/negotiating program impacts. His areas of expertise include program management, supplier and contract management, EPCM, dispute resolution, negotiations, supplier benchmarking, risk mitigation and FAR/DFAR.

Selected Project Experience

Responsible for delivery of $175 million program for software development and aircraft production on behalf of the US Air Force.

Experienced in analysis and resolution of project claims to include critical path delays, labor productivity, differing site conditions, force majeure, termination for convenience and termination for default.

Competently provided senior level Purchasing & Contracts Management for a $4.1 billion Greenfield EPCM Project in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Provided purchasing and subcontracting management services on $1.3 billion Inner Harbor Navigation Canal EPC project in New Orleans, LA. Nathan led the team which successfully analyzed, negotiated and resolved a $75M design change, which was responsible for bringing the entire project in on time and under budget.

Managed contracts exceeding $1 billion in value for a $50 billion international program management contract effectively mitigating risks and claims.

Negotiated spend account exceeding $800 million on a $1.3 billion project; generated $45.5 million in cost savings, completing the project on time and $10 million under budget with no subcontractor disputes.

Lead claims manager for a global engineering Fortune 500 company in support of a $40+ billion US Army Contract troop sustainment and contingency support effort for 135,000 U.S. Army and DOS staff.
